In Stillness by MASARY Studios is an interactive sound and light installation that responds to guests' physical movement through environmental feedback systems. The installation registers stillness by becoming quiet, still, and dark, then expresses any subsequent movement through one thousand points of light embedded in the landscape accompanied by a spatialized sound score, creating the impression that the landscape itself acknowledges the participant's presence and gestures.
Field Objects provided rigging support and design consulting for In Stillness, including studio preparation of components and systems alongside multi-day on-site installation periods.
