ICEBERGZ

Three inflatable forms rise from the ground like crystals caught mid-growth, luminous and faceted. Built from ripstop fabric and animated by microcontroller-synced blowers with programmable internal lighting, the sculptures breathe: inflating and deflating in rhythm with shifting light. At rest, each holds still as a glowing mass. Left to run their cycles, the forms grow taller and brighter, then collapse inward as light dims, a kind of melting. Fans can flutter the fabric and strobe the light before the forms settle again. This breathing cycle echoes Nakanojo's own rhythms of dormancy and renewal.
